CASA 74
Nestled within the charming neighborhood of El Prado, known for its well-preserved 1920s art deco architecture, this house pays homage to the historical growth of the city. The interiors of this dwelling beautifully reflect the enduring architectural heritage of the neighborhood.
Being part of the design team for this project enabled me to enhance my knowledge and skills through the implementation of design strategies tailored to meet the unique requirements of a specific societal sector, such as politicians. This involved conceptualizing appropriate workspaces across all possible areas while proposing a design that pays homage to the architectural and historical legacy of the house and its neighborhood.
