The design concept of the brand "Spiral Bajo Cero" originates from the gastronomic proposal of healthy ice creams with customizable combinations that customers could witness being made right before their eyes within minutes. For the design of this commercial space, we emphasized the ice cream preparation process by placing the equipment and refrigerators on the counter facing the customer, right next to the topping bar. This way, customers had a visual access to the preparation process and could easily see the different ingredients at eye level for their use.

The fresh and innovative design of the restaurant references the brand "Bajo Cero" using cool but delicate tones and basic shapes. By incorporating natural materials like pine, we successfully conveyed the freshness and healthiness of the brand for ice cream sales.
